Join us for an insightful 3-session class – Tackle the aftershocks of pandemic stress – reduce anxiety, stay connected, and create a new normal you truly love. Carve out time to focus on what matters most to you and take action towards becoming the parent you want to be.
This three session course will be offered virtually on the Zoom platform. Each class includes research-based parenting tips, activities, and opportunities to get support in real time! You will learn ways to navigate current challenges based on concepts from Real-Time Parenting. Classes will be limited to 14 participants in order to receive individualized support and make meaningful connections with other parents. The weekly themes are below.
Week 1 – What do you want for yourself and your children as we emerge from the pandemic? What would you like to change? We will help you reflect on the experience and create an action plan for your family.
Week 2 – What tools and steps will help you transition to your “new normal”? We will share best practices to help you make positive change.
Week 3 – What habits will help you overcome obstacles and move forward? You will gain insight and ideas to create the family life you truly love.
